Virtual Baby Shower

Baby_gear

The countdown is on and Baby "S" is scheduled to arrive in less than 3 weeks.  Some kind folks are hosting a baby shower for my sister this afternoon but even though I couldn't be there in person, I still wanted to get in on the action.  There is no cohesive theme to these projects unless small counts as a theme so we'll call them ecelectic.  So far, I've knit up 2 cotton bibs from Mason-Dixon Knitting.  I used Sugar & Creme yarn so there are tons of colors to play with even when you're staying gender neutral.  And no need for the fancy stuff since they're meant to catch drips.  The hat on the left is a tiny version of the Umbilical Hat from Stitch N Bitch and the hat on the right is one of my own creation.  Of course, I still have some more projects in the works so stay tuned.  I might have to ease up on the hats since winter has yet to make an appearance, but I'm doing my best to make sure that this baby is properly accessorized.
